Introduction
This policy covers how Samgine treats personal information that we collect and receive, including information related to your past use of our products and services. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable such as your name or email address that is not otherwise publicly available.

Samgine uses information for the following general purposes: to customize the content you see, fulfill your requests for products and services, improve our services, contact you, and provide anonymous reporting.

When you register with Samgine, we collect your user name and e-mail address for user support and website operation, your age and   gender.  Samgine will never share, rent or sell your user name, e-mail address, date of birth or any other information we collect under any circumstance, without your prior consent, except :

  • When we may be required to disclose information to comply with the law.  Under such circumstances, Samgine will be allowed to share any information that we believe will help law enforcement to do their job. We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
  • We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Samgines terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.
  • We transfer information about you if Samgine is merged with or acquired by another company. In this event, Samgine will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Security of Information
Samgine is committed to protecting your privacy.  Minimal information is collected and we have taken precautions to insure your security and privacy.  We will put our best efforts forth to safely protect member information.  This stated, we cannot guarantee absolute security of all information.  Illicit use and other factors may impair the security of member information at any time.

Children
Samgine does not presently accept registrations from children under age 13. Therefore, Samgine does not knowingly collect any information from children under age 13. If we ever discover that information has been collected from children under age 13, we will delete it as soon as possible.

Online Purchases
Samgine does not collect any personal information for purchases.  This is done entirely by PayPal and is covered by their privacy policy.

Advertising
We use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our website. These companies may use information (not including your name, address, email address, or telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.

  • Google, as a third party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on your site.
  • Google’s use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to your users based on their visit to your sites and other sites on the Internet.
  • Users may opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy.

Changes to Policy
Samgine may update our Privacy Policy at any time.  We will notify you about significant changes in the way we handle your personal information by sending you a notice to the e-mail address you provide during registration or by placing a notice on our website.
